The Life of O’Reilly Hire Terms & Conditions

Start of Hire Period
Your hire period begins on the agreed start date.
If you'd like your outfit to arrive for a Saturday event, please order by Wednesday or Thursday and email [email protected] with "Saturday" as your preferred hire start day.
If your item arrives earlier, you won’t be charged extra — your hire period will still begin on the agreed date.


Deposit
A fully refundable deposit is required for all hire items.

  • You’ll receive a PayPal invoice for the remaining value of the outfit (e.g. if an outfit retails at £300 and hire is £100, a £200 deposit will be held).

  • This ensures the item is returned to us in good condition.

  • Once we receive your return, your deposit will be refunded promptly via PayPal.


Returns & Shipping
Please post the item back the day after your hire ends using a tracked or recorded delivery service and email us the tracking number.
You are responsible for return postage. This allows us to monitor its return and ensure the process is smooth for both parties.


Damage & Wear
We want you to enjoy your night — and we understand accidents happen.
If your item is returned with minor damage, we may charge for repair.
If the item is badly damaged, stained, or beyond repair, your deposit may not be refunded.

  2. Add the hire option to your basket

  3. Email thelifeoforeilly@hotmail.com with your preferred delivery date

  4. Pay the refundable deposit via PayPal invoice

  5. Receive your outfit — enjoy your event!

  6. Return via tracked post the day after use

  7. Receive your full deposit refund
