Shipping

We ship worldwide! 🌍 All orders are sent via Tracked Delivery, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can keep an eye on its journey.


How long will my order take?

  • Made to order: Please allow 2–4 weeks for production.

  • Need it sooner? Get in touch — if the fabric’s in stock, we’ll let you know if a quicker turnaround is possible.

  • In-stock items: Shipped immediately.


Can I order in a different colour?

Absolutely — many of our fabrics are available in other colours. Just use the Contact Us page to message us with your request. We’ll let you know what’s possible.


Are sizes true to fit?

We use standard UK sizing — but if you’re unsure, we can either:

  • Make your item to your measurements (at no extra cost!)

  • Or measure a stock item and recommend the best fit for you.


Can I hire all of your costumes?

Not all items are available to hire. We only hire from a limited collection of samples, which are listed in our 'Hire' section. If a hire item is out of stock, you’ll be informed and refunded promptly.


Can I hire if I’m outside the UK?

At the moment, hiring is only available within the UK, due to postage and return limitations. However, if you're in the UK, you're more than welcome to hire and take the outfit abroad.
We sell worldwide, so international customers can still order made-to-keep pieces.

Refund Policy

Made-to-order items are non-refundable, as they’re created just for you. We purchase fabric and spend time making each item to your specifications, so we appreciate your understanding.

In-stock items (standard UK sizing) can be returned for a refund or exchange.
To request a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item

  2. Include your reason for return and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange.
